Viewing / Changing Orders:

View Order
If you registered with our website before placing an order, you can log-in and track your shipment through your order history. If you register with our website now, you can track past orders with a link to enter the order number and future orders will appear in your history automatically for tracking.

Change Order
After an order is placed via our website, we cannot allow changes to the products on the order. The only changes allowed are to the shipping address on the order. Should you wish to change your order, please contact our Customer Service department to cancel your entire order. After canceling, you may place a new order via our website with any necessary changes you'd like made.

Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. Upon cancellation you will receive an automated email alert for your records which summarizes your cancellation.

Please Note
Changes or cancellations to your order can be done only before your order has been prepared for shipping.  Shipping preparation generally begins within 6 - 24 hours of the time of your order. If you need to modify or cancel an order, we will do our best to assist your needs, however, if your order has been prepared for shipping, we may not be able to adjust or cancel your order.
