Shipment and Purchases
Upon placement of your order please check your confirmation email immediately to be sure that your "ship to" address is correct. If your address is incorrect, please contact Redi Shade, Inc. immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a redirect fee charged to you should the address need to be changed while in transit. A confirmation of your order and a copy of your receipt will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a receipt within two hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately. (Please note, some email receipts may be marked as spam and be in your "junk email" folder). Orders will be shipped within two business days of placing your order.
Shipping costs from Redi Shade, Inc. will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated and approved in writing by Redi Shade, Inc.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect products when they are received. Product damage must be reported to Redi Shade, Inc. within 3 business days of receipt of package to be eligible for damaged product credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all packing materials. If a package somehow arrives entirely damaged, please do not accept the package and call us immediately.
Online payments must be made with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover®. You agree to pay all product and subscription fees, and any other charges incurred in connection with your user name and password for purchases, including any applicable taxes at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We will bill all charges automatically to your credit card. Subscription fees will be billed at the time of shipment. Unless we state in writing otherwise, all fees, or charges are nonrefundable. All pricing, fees, and other associated charges are subject to change without notice.
Online Product Color Accuracy
Important information about back lighting: Colors shown on our website may or may not be backlit. When a blind or shade is hung in your window, sunlight will backlight fabrics. Backlighting can highlight and change the appearance of fabric color, textures, and patterns. Some room darkening fabrics are not affected by backlighting. You can examine the effect of backlighting by ordering free swatches and holding them up to your windows.
Redi Shade ships Standard UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states. UPS estimated shipping days (not including order processing) for UPS Ground is:

Redi Shade ships UPS Air to AK and HI, and UPS Standard to Canada (special rates apply to these shipments). If you are registered with Redi Shade you may check your account for a shipping status, or go to UPS.com for estimated shipping times.
During the checkout process, there is a checkbox labeled "I accept the following terms and conditions. "By checking this checkbox you are accepting these terms and conditions and are authorizing Redi Shade, Inc. to charge the credit card supplied during the checkout process.
Return for Credit
Trimming & Installation
Certain products may require trimming; please refer to the instructions provided with your specific product. Redi Shade, Inc. shall not be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from the trimming or installation of any Redi Shade, Inc. product. By accepting these Terms and Conditions; you agree to indemnify Redi Shade, Inc. from any injury that may occur in the trimming, installation, or use of Redi Shade, Inc. products. Redi Shade, Inc. shall not be responsible for any damage or needed repair caused by the improper installation of products.
Use of Site
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian when making purchases from our site.
Redi Shade, Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever occurring from the use of or inability to access this site, contents, or any linked website of a third party. Use of this site is subject to all terms and conditions set forth in this site, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redi Shade, Inc. from and against any and all claims, demands damages, losses, or costs of any kind that may arise.
This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Redi Shade, Inc. therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention. We may do so when: a) permitted and required by law; b) trying to protect against or prevent potential fraud or unauthorized transaction; c) investigation fraud which has already taken place.

To process your purchase(s) we will collect your name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. The information you enter will be encrypted and protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). We are unable to process an order without the requested information. The site uses cookie and tracking technology. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for tracking the number of visitors to the site, and how visitors use the site. It can also help our customers when they visit the site again.
We send periodic email newsletters to our registered customers informing them of new or interesting products as well as any special offers and events. In every such email, you will find instructions on how to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

Payment & Pricing
Payment & Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and manufacturing processing time and does not include transit time. Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment for the order. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.
Pricing & Product Information
Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Redi Shade’s acceptance of your order. Prices that appear on the site are Redi Shade MSRP prices unless otherwise indicated. Redi Shade MSRP prices are not intended to represent the price of Redi Shade products at other retail stores. Prices at other retail stores are set by the retailer.
In the rare event your shipment is delayed more than 14 days after the date of your order, Redi Shade will attempt to notify you by email, using the email address you provided with your order. If you elect to cancel the order, Redi Shade will issue a refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
